What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in your inbox.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 business days to update so please be patient.

Our current average shipping time is between 5-10 business days.

Lost or stolen orders

Zuvelle Beauty accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
